Free returns offered on all products within 5 days from the receipt of item.

Returns will only be accepted in original unworn condition complete with attached tags.

To start a return:

1. Email support@bobbysixtythree.com to request a return label.
2. Please provide a reason for return.
3. A customer care representative will email back within 24 hours. 

Exceptions:

Accessories, intimates, and items marked "Final Sale" are final sale with no returns or exchanges.

Refunds & Store Credit:

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund, or store credit if requested, is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
